TROUBLING TIMES!

What would you think is the most troubling thing with mankind today? That we don't seem to find time in our lives for G~d? Or maybe you think its that we don't even acknowledge the CREATOR of mankind? Well if the truth were known it isn't either. The most troubling thing with our society today is we regard G~d not as the G~d of the universe, all knowing and all seeing, and working in our lives down to the most minute of details. But it seems you can find G~d where-ever your fancy desires. I've been listening to people and reading articles, and quite frankly am disgusted with the whole lot! I think what put the icing on the cake for me was.. .I read an article, put out by Time Mag., about all the religion that is being put out on the Internet, and a Quaker professor of religion at Temple University was quoted as saying, "If G~d doesn't change, we are in danger of losing G~d. There is a shift to (the idea of) G~d as a process evolving with us. If you believe in an eternal, unchanging G~d, you will be in trouble."

Is this what our children are being taught at colleges? Is this what parents are paying thousands of dollars a year for their children to hear? Is this what we have evolved to? Apparently, this professor has not studied G~ds word much, or at least he hasn't read ROMANS 3:4. It amazes me that mankind changes his mind on many matters at the drop of a dime and because of this, we in our arrogant, ego-inflated, high tech society intellect could or would have the audacity to think that G~d is going to change one tittle of his word to fit our wild and flittering fancies just because we want him to! When we start down this road of thinking and hopeful wishing we are walking right into the devils lair and we make ourselves vulnerable to every whim of doctrine that floats across society like breezes shifting from coast line to coast line. G~d's word says that the road to heaven is straight and narrow and few there be that find it, but the road to hell is broad and wide and many shall travel it. So the question I impose on you is, " Which road are you on?" Or maybe a better question is... "WHAT IN HELL DO YOU WANT???"

Have you ever researched G~d's word about HELL? What is in HELL that seems to be so appealing to the masses? Personally, I've read what G~d says HELL has to offer, and quite frankly there isn't anything that appeals to my tastes. It's HOT, it's full of WORMS, your THIRST will never be QUENCHED, the PEOPLE you can't stand to be around here on earth are going to be your CLOSEST neighbors, and SATAN, along with his DEMONS, get to torment you for eternity. Now, if you can't handle what he dishes out here and now, what makes you think you will be able to enjoy it there and then? So, what is so wonderful about HELL? And for you people that don't believe in a literal HELL, well all I have to say to you is enjoy your after-life! And while you are in your torment for eternity, just chew on what you have read and what you have chosen to deny. If one reads G~ds word, the BIBLE, a person soon knows how G~d operates. Knowing this, it is a safe bet to let you know that your greatest torment in HELL will be your mind bringing back to you all the knowledge of the times you were told the things of G~d and yet, you chose to deny his truths! This surely would be of great torment to most people!

Maybe you think I'm being to harsh? Well, better to jolt someone's' attention now and hopefully they will come to the full knowledge of G~d, than for them NEVER to have the opportunity to accept the saving grace of our LORD and SAVIOR!! When a person denies G~d, his written word, his SON JESUS, and the personage of the HOLY SPIRIT, there is only one thing left to believe in and that is satan and his lies!!! There is no neutral ground, its one or the other, the BIBLE tells us in JOSHUA 24:15, "choose this day whom you will serve."

The TRUTH of why and how the human race is here on this speck of a planet can only be found in the written word of G~d. THE HOLY BIBLE and none other! And until you believe this to be fact you can't even proceed to the next step of saving grace. This is where you will find the one and only G~d of the universe.There is only one G~d and he is the G~d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The OLD TESTAMENT of the HOLY BIBLE is where you will find the human races roots. G~d tells you all that you will ever need to know for this life, he explains where you came from and how you got here. And all through his word he tells you what he has planned for this world. He explains how satan fell out of fellowship with him and how satan stained and scared the human race through deception in the Garden of Eden. This is the fall of mankind, and mankind is still listening to satan's lies and deceits. Then, G~d goes on to explain how he will make atonement for this fall of his creation called mankind, through the birth, life, death and resurrection of his only SON, JESUS! This is G~d in the flesh, come to dwell with mankind. He was the only one that could make atonement for our fall into sin! There never could have been any other way for a PERFECT, HOLY, SPIRITUAL, RIGHTEOUS G~d to accept us in our fallen state. In the NEW TESTAMENT of the HOLY BIBLE, he tells us that all of his promises from the beginning of time are fulfilled only by and through JESUS, read ACTS 4:12. Only himself, born of a virgin, from the tribe of Judah, without the sin of the seed of Adam, living on this earth in the flesh, and accepting the death on the cross, (which each of us deserve), and raising himself up out of the grave, presenting himself at the sacrificial alter in heaven and sprinkling his blood on it to cleanse us from all sin. Through this atonement, we look to JESUS as our high priest and our advocate with the FATHER, which is G~d.

This has been the way to G~d since the beginning of time, and rest assured he hasn't changed. He says that not one jot or tittle of this law will pass till all things be fulfilled and his word also tells us that G~d is not man that he can lie and to finish telling us just where he stands in regard to his written word, he tells us that he is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Does that sound like a G~d that changes at our every whim? I think not!! G~d does not have different strokes for different folks. You are either looking to him through his written word for your salvation or you are looking HELL straight in the face!! Not every one is worshipping the true G~d of our universe, if your G~d is not the one from the HOLY BIBLE, with his unchanging and eternal word for guidance, then you are worshipping the G~d of this world and that would be satan!! I don't care how good your doctrines make you feel, or that your life-style is just grand, this doesn't change a thing in G~d's eyes. He doesn't care what you think, or what you feel he should be, he tells us in his word that our thoughts are not his thoughts. We can't even begin to out think G~d or out guess him, we aren't smart enough and will never gain (in this lifetime) enough knowledge to do this unthinkable heresy. All the brilliant minds massed together under one roof can't change what G~d is going to do! The spiritual lies of satan have worked their desired affect on many people and this is a shame. He has literally done what G~d said he would do, change a truth to a lie and a lie to the truth. A person that doesn't know what the BIBLE says will be gullible to all that is swaying in the wind! People are actually doing what G~d said they would do and the thing is he told us this thousands of years ago. Should that not be proof enough that G~d is true?!

In II Timothy 3:12, G~d tells us in the last days just before JESUS comes to earth again, "that evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worst, deceiving, and being deceived." Reading G~ds word today is like reading the headlines of your local newspaper. Just look at a few passages of scripture and keep in mind all the news that you have seen or read in the last few years, and judge for yourself if what he said would happen is coming at us in full force in these last days!

In Romans :17-32, G~d makes mention, "that mankind would know about him and what he offers us for salvation, but that mankind would not glorify him and be thankful." Instead they would, "become VAIN in their imaginations and their FOOLISH hearts would be darkened." The result of this behavior towards G~d and his WORD would be that mankind would start "worshiping the created instead of the creator,".... crystals, statues, symbols, the stars in the universe, astrology, horoscope reading, and last but not least themselves, people actually believe that if they hum mantras, frolic naked in the forest, put themselves in a trance, or lick the heads of a frog, that they will progress, or transcend into a higher place of utopia and become a G~d, this is pure FOOLISHNESS! In II Timothy 4:3 G~d says, "that there will come a time when mankind will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears, they shall turn from the truth and give themselves over to fables." And in I Timothy 4:1, G~d says, "in the latter times mankind will depart from the faith and give heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils,"....fortune telling, soothsayers, witches (whether white or black), spirit guides, channellers, seances,etc, are just proof that this is true. Some people are so swayed by these beliefs, that they are vengefully aggressive towards G~d, his WORD, his followers, and the most important part of his nature, JESUS. Satan has turned light into darkness and darkness into light, masses are praising him and his demons and cursing G~d and his SON. Satan has indeed turned G~ds truths into damnable lies, therefore deceiving the masses.

Unless you are a Born Again Believer, and trust in the INFALLIBLE WORD of G~d, you will be deceived by the worlds' (satan's) beliefs. It takes a person with the witness of the SPIRIT of G~d in them to be able to discern what is of G~d and the truth, and what is of satan and his lies. Without this BORN AGAIN NATURE, you are doomed to believe in the doctrines of demons and to reserve for yourself a place for eternity in a fiery pit in HELL! Galatians 6:7 says, "be not deceived, G~d is not mocked, for whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap." If you sow in your life the wayward beliefs of this world, you surely will reap the fruits of it also! And when you have turned your back on the one and only way for salvation, then HEBREWS 11:31 says, "it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living G~d." I find it quite funny that people won't acknowledge JESUS as the SON of G~d. When we are told that they will when this age comes to a close. Read ROMANS 14:11, JESUS says, "as I live, every knee shall bow to me and every tongue shall confess to the glory of the FATHER." It would be so much easier to do it now with a repentant heart than when you are forced to do it knowing after you get off your knees there is a place reserved for you for eternity with satan and his angels in a lake of fire.

When you become a BORN AGAIN believer in CHRIST, he gives you a new nature, this is the indwelling of the HOLY SPIRIT. Then and only then will you have the witness of G~ds' spirit to guide you in all truth and righteousness! With the HOLY SPIRITS' guidance you will be able to discern Satan and all of his lies! This is why a BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN will never stop proclaiming G~ds word or professing JESUS as LORD of LORDS and KINGS of KINGS. With the power of the HOLY SPIRIT in a believers life all obstacles are G~ds, he makes the impossible happen! The HOLY SPIRIT gives us our strength to do G~ds will in our lives! The HOLY SPIRIT teaches us G~ds ways, truths, love and righteousness, we listen only to him, he's G~d and can not lie, we trust him with our very lives, we know this world is not our home, therefore we are strangers just passing through, but we are told to tell the world and all its' creatures all about our LORD, and his wonderful works, that is why we will not be quiet, we will not be silenced. As a child of the living G~d, with his SPIRIT dwelling in us, our hearts stayed on his love, our mind being continually on his words, this, is what gives us the power and authority over the devil and his demons and their wicked ways. This is why we can speak out against these heresies and know we are in G~ds will!! We take to heart ACTS 5:29, "We ought to obey G~d rather than man!"

I have made my decision to take the narrow path that leads to G~d and a life of pure joy for eternity. You may think that I'm making a fool of myself, but I tell you this, if I'm wrong and what the BIBLE says is wrong, then all I've done is make myself look silly here and now, no harm done, right? But, if I'm right and the BIBLE is right, then what have you done? Think about this for a moment, this decision is for eternity, which flip of the coin are you going to call? The choice is yours and its a 50/50 bet. Do you like those odds?
